Abdominal massage is external bodywork performed on the abdomen to guide the organs of the belly and pelvic bowl to sit in the optimal position.  Abdominal massage is excellent for all stages of a woman's life   - from menarche to menopause - and is therapeutic for many conditions.  It can also be helpful for women trying to conceive and on a fertility journey.

She also offers full body deep tissue massage to address pain & structural imbalance and often combines this withncupping. Christie is certified in pregnancy and cupping therapies.
