We offer weekly Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Classes taught by experienced & certified Prenatal/Post Yoga Teachers with additional backgrounds as Women's Wellness Practitioners, Doulas and/or Moms. Come flow & stretch, strengthen & center AND learn important tips & tools from these wise teachers & birth professionals that offer their heart & their skills in each and every one of their classes. Join in a community of moms each and every week as one of our missions & beliefs that help support moms is creating community! We value taking a few moments at the start of class to share your name and help in building connections with other moms in your class.

We offer 6 week Mom & Baby Yoga Series regularly on our schedule. From newborns to pre-crawlers, these classes offer new moms a safe space to bring their little ones for some time for yoga (and to know it's a normal for crying, diaper changing & (breast/bottle)feeding along the way). Our Mom & Baby Yoga Classes focus about 90% of the class time on getting some much needed stretching and strengthening to stressed areas like low backs, necks, upper back and rebuilding connection to core/pelvic floor. Benefits of joining a series? Babies begin to adjust easier to classes, moms build community with each other AND you get the most out of your practice when it's regular.
