Kids Yoga Classes
Kids yoga (2.5-6 yrs)
Our Kids Yoga classes are designed to introduce children to yoga and mindfulness through music, fun, and interactive play using the Wee Yogis curriculum. We help kids stay connected to their child like freedom through the use of yoga, mindfulness, music, and movement. Children will develop balance, coordination, focus, and will release stress, gain confidence and learn to express themselves. Classes include fun yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness exercises. This is a great class for families with children ages 2.5-6. Parents are encouraged to participate. Grandparents/caregivers welcome too!
Classes are 45 minutes. *** Please note this is a 6 week series.
COST: $90 (1 child) / $135 (siblings)

Kundalini kids yoga (ages 6-9 yrs)
Based on the Radiant Child Yoga system, childrensyoga.com, which believes "children are naturally radiant, aware, and full of innocent wisdom", the classes combine storytelling, games, song, dance, postures, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation for the deeper purpose of enhancing many aspects of childhood development:
- Quieting of the chattering mind
- Awareness of our bodies & emotions
- Strength & flexibility
Classes are 60 minutes. *** Please note this is a 4 week series.

Toddler & me Yoga
Partner with your toddler in simple animated poses, games, art, music and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness. We'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our wings in butterfly, while we take a yoga journey that your child will never forget! This fun class provides key bonding methods between parent or caregiver and child, while strengthening their growing muscles.
Class is 45 minutes. **** Please note this is a 6 week series.
