Kids Yoga Classes
Partner with your toddler in simple animated poses, games, art, music and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness. We'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our wings in butterfly, while we take a yoga journey that your child will never forget! This fun class provides key bonding methods between parent or caregiver and child, while strengthening their growing muscles.
Class is 45 minutes.

This fun, high energy kids yoga series combine animated yoga poses, games, story telling and relaxation. During the 6 weeks, kids will develop strength, flexibility, and focus while parents learn new tools to practice kidding around yoga at home. We will play with singing bowls, get pompom showers, and run around the jungle. It is a wonderful opportunity to be social with the kids. Grandparents/caregivers welcome too!
Classes are 45 minutes.
